A Golfer’s DREAM
Golfing is a way of life at The Landings at Bear’s Paw, with a special Landings membership to Bear’s Paw Country Club. Opened in late 1980, Jack Nicklaus chose Bear’s Paw as his very first signature course in Florida. This 18-hole championship course, driving range, and practice green have been fully renovated and impeccably maintained with a limited membership of 297. The head golf professional and his team conduct member tournaments, plan golf events, provide golf instruction and manage the golf shop.
A full renovation of the clubhouse, dining, fitness center, locker rooms, and pickle ball courts was completed in early 2020, including a state-of-the art pro shop and lounges to enhance your experience on the course. Enjoy elegant seasonal fare at the new restaurant and bar featuring expansive windows and outdoor dining overlooking the course. A wide variety of social activities, clubs, and events offer a lifestyle filled with endless possibilities.
Staying HEALTHY
Staying healthy is easy at the Bear's Paw Country Club Fitness Center. The newly renovated fitness center will feature a full range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and a spacious exercise studio. Trainers and wellness coaches will be available to help you achieve your health and wellness goals and enhance your game. Four well-maintained Har-Tru tennis courts service men’s, ladies, and mixed tennis days with members of all skill levels.
A Boater’s PARADISE
Every home in the Landings offers a boat dock option. Each waterfront home offers the opportunity for a private dock right off of your private pool deck, while each golf course home offers the option to purchase a slip on the community dock just steps away.
Enjoy a leisurely sunset cruise, embark on a fishing adventure, or cruise along the mangrove-lined shores of the Gordon River all the way to the Gulf of Mexico right from your backyard.
The Gordon River boasts an endlessly teeming supply of baitfish and crustaceans for the eager angler. For serious fishing adventures, plentiful tarpon and other sought-after game fish place the waters around Naples at the top of any fisherman’s list.
Membership
All Landings residents hold a special Landings Membership to the Bear’s Paw Country Club. This membership grants Landings homeowners access to the brand new Bear's Paw clubhouse, fitness center, indoor/outdoor dining, lounge spaces, pro shop, and more. Landings residents enjoy direct access from home to the clubhouse and fitness amenities with a quick golf cart trip along the cart path. Delicious dining, fun cocktails, and state of the art fitness with personal training and fitness classes, tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball await!

Membership dues: $4,500 initial fee + $5,707 annual dues FY2020 (subject to change)
A full non-resident golf membership option is available to Landings residents; waiting list may apply.
