Developer: Kevin King and Paul Hatcher of Headwaters Development
Both Kevin and Paul are experienced and successful Canadian Businessmen. They collectively own and/or operate several Canadian enterprises involved in a broad range of industries. The majority of their businesses are in Newfoundland, Ontario, and Alberta. Business interests include Property Management, Residential and Commercial Property Development, Project Management, Real Estate Brokerage, Engineering Consulting, Private Aviation, Retirement Residence, Private Equity, Telecommunications, Fiber Optic Network Construction, Heavy Oil Field Services, Demolition and Remediation Services, Marketing and Promotion, and Personnel Management Services. They are the largest land and property developer in Newfoundland, Canada.
A few of the major real estate projects that they have been involved in include: Clovelly Trails, Country Gardens, McLea Park, Westfield Condominiums, Tiffany Village Retirement Residence, Elizabeth Towers, Fairway Condominiums, Tiffany Estates Business Centre, and Harvey, Cabot and Field Power Retail Centres.
Kevin and Paul began traveling to Naples in 2006 and both purchased properties here in 2008. They both reside in Pelican Marsh and enjoy every opportunity to spend time there. This project represents their desire to become further involved in the Naples Business Community.
Project Manager: Greg Wardeberg of Aspen Construction & Development
Aspen Construction & Development, Inc was established in 1994 as the Managing General Partner of Granite Construction Limited. Greg Wardeberg is the President and Owner of Aspen Construction & Development. Over the years, Mr. Wardeberg has been responsible for the design, construction, and sale of over 200 homes in Southwest Florida. These including homes in the following communities: Audubon, Pelican Landing, The Colony, Renaissance & Sabal Lake.
Mr. Wardeberg holds a Civil Engineering degree from Michigan State University. He is a State Certified General Contractor in Florida and a licensed Residential Builder in the State of Michigan.
Developer: FrontDoor Communities
FrontDoor Communities was founded by respected developer/homebuilders Terry Russell and Mike Langella in 2011. Architect: Matthew Kragh of MHK Architecture & Planning
Matthew Kragh founded MHK Architecture & Planning in 2009. Mr. Kragh is an integral leader in the design and development, with 14 awards from the American Institute of Architects. In 2008, Mr. Kragh received the W.R. Frizell Medal of Honor, the highest honor that can be bestowed to an architect from the American Institute of Architect’s Florida Southwest Chapter. His design experience specializes in the design of single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial office, mixed-use developments, and master planned communities.
Landscape Architecture: Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design
Architectural Land Design has been serving Southwest Florida for over 18 years. The firm has been involved with all facets of development, including: community development, commercial design, and high-end residential design.
Christian Andrea earned his Bachelors in Landscape Architecture from University of Illinois and has been registered and licensed since 1986. He is currently the Principal at Architectural Land Design.
Engineer: Daniel Hartley and Josh Evans of JR Evans Engineering
Established in 2010, JR Evans Engineering is an expert in civil engineering and planning. The firm provides expertise and experience in environmental resource permits, flood plain analysis, surface water modeling, local development order permitting, land use analysis, design, and entitlement. Collectively, Mr. Hartley and Mr. Evans have played notable rolls in multiple site developments within the town of Ave Maria, Collier County, and Lee County.
Daniel Hartley holds his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida.
Josh Evans has over fourteen years of consulting and civil engineering experience. He holds his Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky and his Masters of Engineering from the University of Florida.
